Booking & Enquiry Process
- Customers can place booking requests through:
- Website enquiry form
- Direct phone call
- WhatsApp communication
- All bookings are enquiry-based and subject to availability.
- Final booking confirmation is provided only after verification and payment confirmation.
- Users are not required to create an account to place an enquiry.
Pricing Policy
- Prices are not fixed and may vary based on:
- Travel route & distance
- Duration (per day / per km basis)
- Vehicle type
- Travel dates and requirements
- Final pricing is shared with the customer after enquiry review.
- All prices are subject to applicable GST as per Indian government rules.
Payment Terms
- We accept payments via:
- Cash
- UPI
- Bank Transfer
- Online Payment Gateway
- Advance payment is mandatory for booking confirmation.
- Payment structure:
- 70% payment at the time of booking / pickup
Remaining 30% payment during the journey or as per agreed booking duration
Cancellation Policy
- Booking cancellation is allowed.
- Customers must cancel at least 2 days prior to the scheduled trip.
- Cancellation charges may include:
- Driver charges
- Fuel & pickup/drop convenience charges
- GST charges will be applied as per Indian regulations.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
Before Tour Start
- If the customer cancels before journey start:
- Driver charges and fuel/convenience charges will be deducted
- Remaining eligible amount may be refunded
After Tour Start
- If cancellation is made by the customer after tour start → No full refund
- If cancellation occurs due to issues from our side:
- Refund will be calculated based on unused journey duration
⏱ Refund Processing Time: Within 1 working day
User Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate booking and contact details.
- Any damage, misuse, or illegal activity during travel will be the customer’s responsibility.
- The company reserves the right to refuse service in case of policy violations.
Intellectual Property Rights
All website content including text, images, logos, and design are the exclusive property of Honey Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or misuse is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Services
We may use third-party tools such as:
- Payment gateways (Google Pay, etc.)

- WhatsApp communication
We are not responsible for any technical issues or failures arising from third-party platforms.
Limitation of Liability
